Donje Focuses on Precision Spiral Bevel Gears

Donje Industry Corporation Ltd. was established more than a decade ago and has become one of Taiwan`s leading manufacturers of precision gears. The company boasts its gears can be used in such products as agricultural machinery, ships, sewing machines, electric tools, pneumatic tools, and electric bicycles.
Donje`s products are generally made of iron, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, Bakelite, and other plastics, depending on customers` specifications. Moreover, the company also supplies oil-less gears for special applications.

Donje markets many of its gear products under its DONJE own brand. The company also welcomes orders with customers` original designs, and its in-house R&D department gives Donje the capacity to roll out gear products on an OEM/ODM (original equipment/design manufacturer) basis.
To make the most precise products possible, the company adopts state-of-the-art CNC (computer numerically controlled) bevel-gear machine tools at its production facility in Tali, Taichung County, central Taiwan. To ensure the high quality of its products, Donje also employs high-precision inspection and testing equipment, which can evaluate surface roughness, hardness, and other criteria crucial to bevel gears.
Over the past several years, the ISO 9002-certified company has endeavored to develop more innovative products, expand production capacity, and streamline internal organization.
At present Donje`s major export outlets are mainland China and other Asian nations. To expand exports, the company is aggressively exploring new markets such as the U.S., Western Europe, and Australia. (BS)
