Founded in 1992 by Taiwan headquartered Golo Chang Co., Ltd., Golo Electric Lighting Co., Ltd of Guangzhou is known for manufacturing hardware and components for lighting, including bakelite lamp holders, porcelain lamp holders, halogen lamp-holder sockets, dimmers, switches, wires and lighting fittings.
The company`s products meet safety standards as VDE, UL, CUL, CSA, PSE, SGS, and CQC, as well as quality certifications including ISO9001 and ISO9002. Also, its products are examined by SGS, meaning they are RoHS compliant.

A large number of the company`s products are designed to meet energy-conservation codes stipulated for lamps as set out by the U.S. environmental protection authorities. Such products include SC6023, GU24, GE-6024, and E26 lamp holders. A smart product dubbed the twin energy-saving holder is available for lamps with 100 watts of brightness for 26 watts of electrical consumption.
The company`s products are mostly distributed to buyers in North America, Europe Union, Japan, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia.
