Zhongshan Shangyou Technology Lighting Co., Ltd., whose brand name is VMETAL, specializes in commercial lighting fixtures, including applications for the lodging, amusement park, medical, welfare, educational, cultural, and mass transit sectors.
Its major product categories are tube lighting, high-view lighting, projection lighting, and single-ceiling lighting families.
The Taiwanese-run company stands on a 20,000-square-meter site in Zhongshan City of Guangdong Province, China. The company is equipped with Taiwan-developed technologies and employs a Taiwanese management team, the latter of which has over 30 years of experience in lighting manufacturing.

A five-specialist R&D team comes up with 30 to 50 new designs a year, making it the company`s another edge. The company is planning to add automated aluminum-lampshade spinning machines to its efficient production lines as part of its plan to reduce labor costs while further boosting quality.
