A specialized manufacturer of bathroom cabinets, Chang Fu Precision Co. is currently promoting its newly-developed multifunction metal cabinets, which can be assembled easily and are available in different colors. The cabinets are suitable for both bathrooms and kitchens and can be easily modified for use in offices as well. The compact structures of the cabinets are patented in Germany, the U.K. and Taiwan.



"Since our establishment in 1995 we have never cut corners to save costs by using less than high-grade raw materials, because we deem quality as key to the success of products," says the company`s president Joe Huang.

In the early years, Chang Fu was an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) contract maker of furniture, mainly general household items. The company started to accept orders on ODM (original design manufacturer) basis in 1997 when it set up an R&D department. And a year later, it diversified into bathroom fixtures, including storage racks, hooks, and cabinets.

The company`s three veteran in-house designers can develop 20-30 new models of kitchen and bathroom accessories per year. Today Chang Fu boasts that 30% of its output is based on own designs, while the remaining 70% is turned out according to customer designs. "We have sufficient capacity to meet global demands while also ensuring prompt delivery," Huang notes confidently.

Chang Fu`s main export outlets are in Europe and Japan, but the company plans to begin developing the huge U.S. market by the end of this year. "In the past we concentrated strictly on the markets in Europe and Japan, and now we have a solid foundation in the said two areas," Huang indicates. "Based on this successful experience, I believe that we can easily sell our products to the U.S. market by tailoring our products to meet American tastes."
