Intertech Focuses on Plastic, Silicon, Die-Casting Molds

With over two decades of manufacturing experience, Intertech Machinery Inc. is one of Taiwan`s integrated producers of plastic injection molds. The company boasts it is capable of designing and fabricating sophisticated molds in-house to meet specific needs of the plastic injection-molding sector.
At present the company`s business scopes include customer design service, prototyping, mold making, manufacturing process control, reverse engineering, customer molding and assembly, and hot-runner molding.
In addition to plastic mold and molding, the company is also very experienced in rubber mold and molding, silicon rubber mold and molding, liquid silicon rubber mold and molding (for diving masks, baby nipple, check valves, etc.), two-color mold and molding, medical clean-room mold and molding (for earplugs, syringes, etc.), insert-molding, thin-wall/high-speed mold and molding, bakelite mold and molding, and engineering plastic molding.

The company employs CAD/CAM (computer aided design/manufacturing) process to keep products in consistent quality. The company`s main production equipment include 19 hydraulic-clamping and toggle-type injection-molding machines with clamping force ranging from 50 up to 250 tons, two thermosetting molding machines for the bakelite and urea materials with clamping force ranging from 90 up to 150 tones, four CNC machining centers, four milling machines, four electric discharge machines, a radial drilling machine, two surface grinding machines, a large-sized lathe, two projectors, and two cranes.
At present the company`s major product lines include plastic injection molds, die-casting molds, silicone rubber molds, press molds, bottle-blow molds, and hot-vacuum forming molds.
Intertech says it has an in-house research and development department in charge of developing advanced sophisticated molds meeting special requirements of customers from around the world.
Besides sophisticated molds, the company also produces a wide range of plastic injection molded products. It welcomes customers to provide original design concept for collaborative development.
Intertech notes it has succeeded in making molds for the production of precision visual and optical components that are widely used in such industries as personal computers, automobile parts, engineering components, telecommunications, medical appliances, packaging products, and hardware components.
